LEVEL 100 ANNOUNCEMENTS



1. Freshers who have not yet registered should visit the IT lab for their registration.
NB. you cannot write exams without registering for the courses.

2. SRC registration is still on-going for the freshmen, you will be given souvenirs and a dinner ticket. visit the SRC office for more information.
3. Do not entrust your property ( mobile phone, laptop or any other valuable item.) in a strangers hand. 
4. registered students should make sure they always have their proof of registration with them for defense if in case you are interrogated by security. your proof serves a provisional ID.

5. matriculation will be on main campus on the 8th of September 2016. all freshers will be given a matriculation gown before the due date, however you must hold either a proof of registration or admission letter or both before you can receive it.
6. any fresher facing academic related challenges should visit the offices below the New block 2 for clarification.

7. always make good use of the notice boards to get updated in case of changes in timetable or for  more anouncemnts

“PHADDA CARL” THREATENS TO SUE UG – ACC ELECTORAL COMMISSION FOR THE UNJUSTIFIABLE HIGH COST OF THE SRC EXECUTIVE NOMINATION FORMS.

  A student by name Ben- Carl  Dzogbo , popular called  Phadda  Carl intends to pursue a legal action against the Electoral commission of University of Ghana – Accra  City campus on  grounds of price hike  of the nomination forms of the  upcoming SRC elections. “The question that boggles my mind is the quoted amount in the EC’s report that was eventually approved by the General Assembly constitutionally justifiable? Article 40 of the UG – ACC constitution states that all administrative expenses of the electoral commission should be charged to the student’s fund. Is the picki ng of nominations forms an  avenue to exploit aspirants or to filter  the financially incapable? Well I have made my decision to iron out this conundrum of constitutional inconsistency as a student activist. ” He said.
